Imposter Syndrome
Imposter syndrome is a common issue faced by many individuals, particularly those in high-achieving roles or helping professions. It involves a persistent fear of being exposed as a “fraud” despite evidence of competence and success. At Key Counselling Training, we recognise the impact this can have on both personal wellbeing and professional effectiveness. That’s why we’ve created a specialised workshop to equip you with the tools to identify, understand, and support those affected by imposter syndrome.
Whether you are an aspiring counsellor, a seasoned professional, or simply interested in learning more, this workshop provides invaluable insights that will enhance your personal and professional growth.
Our Imposter Syndrome CPD Events
This event focuses on understanding the psychological patterns of imposter syndrome, including recognising its signs and developing effective strategies to address it. You’ll gain practical tools to help clients overcome their inner critic and build a stronger sense of self-worth. Led by experienced trainers, the session combines theory, case studies, and interactive exercises to deepen your understanding and confidence in this area.
This workshop is offered free of charge to our enrolled Diploma learners as part of our commitment to providing seven complementary CPD events annually. It’s also open to external attendees looking to expand their knowledge and skills.
